Il questionario è stato strutturato secondo il modello della scala Likert, un metodo di misurazione degli atteggiamenti, opinioni e percezioni. L'obiettivo è individuare le differenze di percezione e soddisfazione degli studenti nei Campus di Chieti e Pescara dell'Università d'Annunzio. Tale questionario è formato da undici domande chiuse e una domanda aperta.
Nella prima domanda chiusa è stato chiesto di indicare il Campus di appartenenza. La domanda aperta chiedeva di indicare il corso di laurea. Da queste prime domande è stato possibile rappresentare il campione statistico a cui è stato somministrato il questionario.
The survey is structured following the model of Likert scale, a method used to attitude, opinions and perception measurement. The aim is to find the differences in perception and satisfaction of Chieti and Pescara's students. The survey is composed of eleven close-ended questions and an opened one.
In the first one, we asked to indicate which one was the student campus. The open-ended question asked the students to indicate the degree course. From these firsts questions it was possible to represent the statistical sample to which the survey was administered.
Valutazione e accessibilità degli spazi/Evaluation and accessibility of spaces
Gli studenti hanno indicato quanto trovino accessibili gli spazi all'interno del Campus (in termini di possibilità, anche per persone con ridotta o impedita capacità motoria o sensoriale, di raggiungere l'edificio e le sue singole unità, di entrarvi agevolmente e di fruirne spazi e attrezzature in condizioni di adeguata sicurezza e autonomia).
The students indicated how much they found accessible the spaces inside the campuses (talking about possibility, also for the ones with reduced or impaired mobility or sensory, to reach the buildings, to come inside them and to use all their spaces and equipment in a safe condition and independently).
Come raggiungi le aule/How do you reach the classrooms
Le seguenti risposte hanno come oggetto l'accessibilità delle aule e la qualità della loro segnalazione nella cartellonistica all'interno del campus. È stato chiesto agli studenti di quantificare quanto fosse facile trovare la loro destinazione avvalendosi dei mezzi messi loro a disposizione.
The following answers ha sas their object the accessibility of classrooms and the quality of their being marked with signs inside the campus. We asked the students to quantify how muchi t was easy to find their destination using the means available to them.
Valutazione dei servizi interni/Evaluation of internal services
Gli studenti hanno indicato il proprio grado di soddisfazione riguardo ai servizi offerti dall'Università, relativamente alla segreteria, alla biblioteca, agli Info-Point, al servizio mensa e a tutto ciò che riguarda il ristoro.
The students indicated their level of satisfaction about the services offered by the university such as secretary, library, information points, canteen service and everything about resting.
Valutazione dei servizi esterni/Evaluation of external services
Oltre ai servizi interni al Campus, il team ha domandato il grado di soddisfazione riguardo ai servizi esterni al Campus: la ricerca degli alloggi, l'acquisto di materiale da studio, i luoghi d'incontro tra studenti come bar e punti ristoro. Questa domanda si ricollega alla successiva.
Integrazione del Campus nel contesto esterno/ Campus integration with the exterior
L'oggetto dell'indagine è la relazione tra ambiente universitario e territorio esterno. A tale scopo, gli studenti hanno riferito quanto ritengano integrato il Campus nell'ambiente cittadino.
The object of investigation is the relationship between the university environment and the outside. For that purpose, the students indicated how much they think the campus is integrated with the urban environment.
Grado di soddisfazione dei luoghi di aggregazione/ Level of satisfaction of gathering places
Secondo il team, la socializzazione rappresenta un aspetto fondamentale all'interno del mondo universitario. Per questo motivo è stata effettuata un'analisi circa i luoghi di aggregazione all'interno degli spazi universitari, sia luoghi in cui gli studenti si riuniscono per studiare insieme, sia luoghi ricreativi. Pertanto, i grafici di riferimento segnalano il grado di soddisfazione degli studenti rispetto ai luoghi di aggregazione.
In team opinion, socialization represent a key aspect of the university world. That's why we mad an analysis about the gathering places inside the campus, the places where students meet to study together and also the recreational spots. The graphics points out the student's level of satisfaction about gathering places.
Grado di soddisfazione delle proposte culturali/ Level of satisfaction about cultural proposal
L'università è il luogo prediletto dove favorire e promuovere la cultura attraverso attività quali mostre, convegni, etc. Tali attività culturali, oltre ad arricchire gli studenti, stimolano la socializzazione, migliorando l'esperienza universitaria. Pertanto, agli studenti è stato chiesto di riferire il livello di soddisfazione riguardo alle proposte culturali attuali dell'Ud' A.
The university is the favorite place to promote culture through activities as exhibition, conferences… these cultural activities not only enrich students but also stimulates socialization and improve college experience. So we asked the students to express their level of satisfaction about Ud'A's cultural proposals.
Livello di socializzazione e stimolazione/ Level of socialization and stimulation
Sempre in riferimento all'ambito della socializzazione, il team ha domandato quanto i singoli Campus favoriscano la socializzazione tra gli studenti e la connessione tra i corsi di laurea nonchè quanto siano stimolati dall'ambiente universitario.
Always referring to socialization, we asked how much the two different campuses promote students socialization and connection between the different degree courses and also how much they feel stimulated by the college environment.
Valutazione dell'attrattività del campus nel suo insieme/ Evaluation of Campus appeal as a whole
È stato chiesto di giudicare il Campus nel suo complesso, quanto esso sia attraente agli occhi degli studenti, prendendo in considerazione le riflessioni precedenti.
It was asked to judge the campus as a whole, how much it is appealing to students eyes taking into account the previous reflections.
Quantità di tempo trascorso fuori dall'orario didattico/ Amount of time spent in extra studying hours
L'ultima domanda del questionario riguarda il tempo che gli studenti passano all'interno del Campus al di fuori dell'orario delle lezioni, al fine di analizzare l'importanza che l'istituto ricopre nelle vite degli studenti.
The last question is about the time that students spend inside the campus but not related to their classes, aiming to analyze how important college is in students lives.
